Art Against AIDS is on World AIDS Day this year. Save the date, Saturday, December 1st, and be part of something big. This year, Art Against AIDS returns to the New Orleans Museum of Art. Now you have an even better reason to come to this fabulous holiday gala that jump-starts the season! Let’s all join together on World AIDS Day and celebrate, remember, and honor those we love, and support the 29 years of good work of NO/AIDS Task Force.
This year marks more than a quarter century with the 26th anniversary of this wonderful art event. A very special evening is being planned for you, including exceptional live entertainment, food by the city’s finest restaurants, cocktails, dancing, and most importantly a silent auction of art, generously donated by the region’s top artists, galleries, and fine craftsmen. In addition, you can shop in our Holiday Boutique for ornaments created by local students and other small delights to complete your shopping list on the very first day of December!
We are very pleased to announce that our honorary Art Against AIDS chairs this year are world-renowned artists Lin Emery and Skylar Fein, represented by Arthur Roger Gallery and Jonathan Ferrara Gallery, respectively. In honor of our chairs, this year’s Patron Party will be a progressive party starting at Arthur Roger Gallery with hors d’oeuvres, libations, and live music and then continue at the Jonathan Ferrara Gallery for desserts, port, coffee and more live entertainment. The Patron Party will be held on Wednesday, November 28th, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
