Exchange Support Services
NO/AIDS is funded to provide Case Management and support services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the Houma/Thibodeaux area. The parishes include: St. Mary, Assumption, Terrebonne, Lafourche, St. James, St. John and St. Charles parishes.
Support Services include:
- Case Management
- Transportation
- HOPWA: Rent & Utility Assistance
- Housing & Vocational Diversification
- Exchange House: Residential Facility
