Where Does The Money Come From?
Federal, state and local governmental grants, as well as foundation grants, make up about 70% of the income of NO/AIDS Task Force. Program income accounts for another 10%. However, this grant and government money is never guaranteed. The need for care and services provided by the Task Force is increasing. NO/AIDS relies and counts on the generosity of caring businesses, organizations, and individuals to contribute the other 20%.
There are number of Ways to Give for generous and socially conscious individuals, foundations, corporations, and businesses of all sizes, whose lives, families, and employees have been effected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
As our needs increase and our governmental funding does not, now, more than ever, does our need for your help.
How Is The Money Used?
Over 80% of the income goes directly to the vital programs benefiting those who are battling this epidemic. The remaining dollars are used for operational and administrative costs. The success of NO/AIDS Task force is largely due to those concerned individuals, businesses and organizations who care enough about our community to donate their time, talent and financial support to ensure that the services of NO/AIDS Task Force can continue and expand to meet the needs of those we serve.
