Housing Coordination

The Housing Coordination program helps clients locate affordable housing through the development of relationships with existing property owners and research on housing rental and purchase options. The program coordinator will conduct an initial assessment upon referral. In addition, the Two yearly workshops on Housing Coordination are offered through this program. Email the Housing Coordinator for information on upcoming workshops.

Steps for Housing Coordination:

• Receive a housing referral from your case manager with supporting documentation (income, HIV status, residency)
• A Housing assessment completed
• A Housing search commences
